It's hard to know where to begin with this one. For ages we were a single product company, and we really liked this. It's simple! We sell one thing, and we think it's pretty great.
Then Yummy Crisp came along. Born out of a desire to maximize umami flavours, and make something wildly versatile, Yummy Crisp is chili crisp, without the chilis, and with everything else turned up to 11. It's wildly garlicky, with beautiful onion and sesame notes, a perfect level of seasoning, and just enough sweetness to round things out.
This product is borne from and dedicated to a love too big to name.
Once again we face the dilemma of recommending what to eat it with (the dilemma is that it's good on everything). Try it and see for yourself! We're currently enjoying it on eggs in the morning, as a base for a salad dressing at lunch, and heaped on any rice, noodle, or summer barbecue dishes, though we're equally excited to add it to soups in cooler weather.
