Sweet Chili Crisp Salmon And Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 skins of salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Super Magic Taste chili crisp
  • 2 cups of rice
  • Chopped dill
  • 2 green chili peppers, sliced
  • Chopped parsley, for serving
  • Lime juice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chili crisp and soya sauce
  2. Add salmon filets to the marinade, turning each to evenly coat in the sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and air fryer on 400F-200C for 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Open the basket and check for the desired doneness with a fork. You can return the salmon for another 1-2 minutes as necessary.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Rinse the rice in a strainer under cold running water. Add rice and liquid to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat to low and cover. Let simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the excess liquid.
  5. When the salmon is ready, serve it with rice, green chili pepper, chopped dill and parsley. You can squeeze some lime juice over the top, add more chili crisp, and enjoy.
