Spicy Chili Crisp Noodles Recipe

Adding a hint of spice to your noodles can be a great way to kick up the flavour when you're looking for a simple meal. These spicy chili crisp noodles uses chili crisp to enhance the flavour of an otherwise simple noodle dish to bring you a punch of flavours you can't get enough of.

  • 4 tablespoons Super Magic Taste chili crisp
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 12 oz long noodles of your choice
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • Any other aromatic garnishes (cilantro, sesame, lime juice, ginger)


  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook uncovered until desired doneness is achieved, stirring occasionally. Immediately drain the cooked pasta into a sieve or a colander. Transfer to a bowl of cold water to refresh it. Drain again and keep aside.
  2. In a large pan heat 4 tablespoons of the super magic taste chili crisp.
  3. Add chopped shallots and cook over medium heat, until the shallots turn golden, about 3-4 minutes. 
  4. Add noddles to the sauce and toss to combine.
  5. Divide the spicy noddles among bowls and serve topped with green onions and aromatics. These noodles are delicious warm or cold.
