Poached Egg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 4 slices of toast bread
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 teaspoons of Super Magic Taste chili crisp
Instructions
- Heat the grill pan and lightly coat the pan with olive oil. Toast the bread, and leave at a side.
- Meanwhile, poach eggs by filling a wide pot with about 2 in-5 cm of water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Crack an egg into a small dish. Slip the egg into the water. Simmer, uncovered until whites are set and yolks are done 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining eggs.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the eggs one at a time and dab the whites with a paper towel to absorb water.
- Top each piece of toast with ham, egg and 1 teaspoon of super magic taste.
- Serve the sandwiches immediately and enjoy them with a magic taste chili crisp.
