Poached Egg Sandwich Recipe

  • Olive oil
  • 4 slices of toast bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 teaspoons of Super Magic Taste chili crisp


  1. Heat the grill pan and lightly coat the pan with olive oil. Toast the bread, and leave at a side. 
  2. Meanwhile, poach eggs by filling a wide pot with about 2 in-5 cm of water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Crack an egg into a small dish. Slip the egg into the water. Simmer, uncovered until whites are set and yolks are done 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining eggs.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove the eggs one at a time and dab the whites with a paper towel to absorb water.
  4. Top each piece of toast with ham, egg and 1 teaspoon of super magic taste.
  5. Serve the sandwiches immediately and enjoy them with a magic taste chili crisp.
