Ingredients
- 2 the whole medium sea bass fish
- 2 tablespoons Super Magic Taste chili crisp
- Salt, to taste
- 1 lime
- Parsley, chopped, for servings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F-200C. Clean the fish, but don’t wash it. Simply wipe them with an old cloth or tissue paper. Sprinkle well with the salt on both sides of the fish.
- Coat the fish with the Super Magic Taste chili crisp.
- Place the fish in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. Bake fish, uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
- Once the fish comes out of the oven, squeeze some lime juice over the top and chopped parsley, then serve.
