  • 2 the whole medium sea bass fish
  • 2 tablespoons Super Magic Taste chili crisp
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 lime
  • Parsley, chopped, for servings


  1. Preheat oven to 400F-200C. Clean the fish, but don’t wash it. Simply wipe them with an old cloth or tissue paper. Sprinkle well with the salt on both sides of the fish.
  2. Coat the fish with the Super Magic Taste chili crisp. 
  3. Place the fish in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. Bake fish, uncovered for 20-25 minutes. 
  4. Once the fish comes out of the oven, squeeze some lime juice over the top and chopped parsley, then serve.
