Cooking time: 50 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Super Magic Taste chili crisp
- Any other fresh herbs you have around - thyme, oregano, dill, basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Yogurt or sour cream, to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F-200C. Place the baking paper in the baking pan. Peel (or don't) the potatoes and cut them into similar sizes so that they roast evenly in the oven. Wash the potatoes in cold water to remove extra starch, and then add them to a baking pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Super Magic Taste Chili Crisp and mix well with the potatoes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and add in fresh herbs. Make sure that they have a little space between them. Crowding the potatoes will cause them to steam rather than roast.
- Bake potatoes for 45-50 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
- Just before serving, add some additional Chili Crisp and a few spoons of yogurt or sour cream if you really want to live your best life.
