Cooking time: 10 minutes

Prep time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons Super Magic Taste chili crisp
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz whole wheat noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Green onion, chopped, for servings

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles to al dente according to package instructions. Drain, and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large deep skillet. Add the Super Magic Taste chili crisp and sliced red pepper. Let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 30 seconds, then add shrimp, salt and pepper. Fry the shrimp, stirring frequently for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Add the noodles and soy sauce to the skillet, then coat everything well. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat so that the sauce simmers gently.
  5. Stir in the shrimp and let simmer until the shrimp are heated. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and chopped onions, and then serve.
