Chili Crisp Jack Potato Recipe

When you're short on time and just want something you can whip up and throw in an oven so you can unwind after a long day, this Chili Crisp Jack Potato recipe will give you the savory taste you enjoy without the hassle of a ton of prep. Side dish recipes don't get as easy as this.

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Super Magic Taste
Instructions
- Wash and scrub potatoes. When the potatoes have been washed, used kitchen paper or a kitchen towel to wipe them dry.
- Rub the potatoes all over with olive oil and pierce with a fork.
- Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook at 400F-200C for 40-60 minutes, turning over halfway through. The cook time will depend on the size of the potatoes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove potatoes from the basket and let cool for 2 minutes. To split potatoes open, cut lengthwise through the top and then press gently on the two ends.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Super Magic Taste chili crisp to each potato on the top and serve.
