Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Steam or blanch the green beans until they are tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook the mixture until it thickens and becomes smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated cheese until it melts and incorporates into the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and add Super Magic Taste.
