Chili Crisp Butter Steak Recipe

A steak dinner isn't complete without Super Magic Taste. Create this Chili Crisp Butter Steak Recipe with only 10 minutes of cooking time. Add Super Magic Taste as a marinade for your steak to add a hint of spice and nuttier flavour.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds top-round steak
- ½ cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoons Super Magic Taste Chili Crisp
- 2 cups baby potatoes
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Season the steaks on all sides generously with salt. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Place the butter and Super Magic Taste in a mixing bowl and whisk together using a hand or stand mixer or a spoon. Set this aside in the ridge to let it cool.
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes, until just tender, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Fry the steak for 5-6 minutes on each side, until nicely seared and cooked to your desired doneness, then sit on a board to rest.
- Add the potatoes and pan-fry until starting to brown.
- Slice the steak into thick slices and drizzle with Super Magic Taste. Serve with potatoes and your favourite salad.
