Chili Beef and Creamy Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 400g minced beef
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons Super Magic Taste Chili Crisp
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until almost tender.
- Stir in the rice, and continue cooking until coated with oil. When the onion is translucent, season with salt, and pour in the stock. Turn the heat down to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally and add water if necessary. This will take around 15 minutes.
- While the rice is cooking, heat another pan. Add Chili Crisp and warm it up just like it was regular oil in a pan.
- Add diced red pepper, and fry for 5 minutes. Next, add minced beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Turn the heat off and finish with some sesame seeds.
- Add the beef on top of the rice and top everything off with some extra sesame seeds and Chili Crisp.
