Air Fryer Chili Crisp Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds skin-on bone-in drumsticks or thighs
- 1 Tablespoon Super Magic Taste chili crisp
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (canola, avocado, sunflower)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped herbs of your choice - green onion, cilantro, dill, or mint
Instructions
- Combine oil, paprika, salt and pepper, and Chili Crisp in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Coat the chicken, and leave it to marinate in a refrigerator for 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can add the ingredients to a large zip-lock bag as it is easier to ensure each drumstick is well covered in the oil and seasoning.
- Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave some space between each piece.
- Air fry at 400F-200C for about 25 minutes, turning them after 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F-74C in the centre of the chicken (If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake in a conventional oven at 400F for around 35 minutes as well).
- Toss with the chili crisp to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
